Aging

A lot to talk about here huh? NO, then you must be under the age of 40, maybe even 30 but you can't be under 50!! Everything starts changing after 50. Even the mail changes after 50. You get wonderful things like ARP invitations. Oh and let's not even discuss (although I probably will a lot this year), the mail when the double nickles are upon you! I got in the mail this week a FREE one year complimentary (isn't that what free means) membership to ... drum roll is appropriate ... the local Senior Citizens Center. Yep, I've been waiting a long time for that one!! What's really wrong with this picture is that the day after I received my gift membership in the mail, I received my first newsletter. This is when things got really depressing because you realize that as you browse all the offerings of the Senior Citizens Center, it's pretty cool! There are day trips, card game tournaments, stretching classes (what!), and lots of other good stuff. I know that my Dad loves his Senior Citizen Center so maybe I'm going to love mine. There are so many things wrong with that statement. Dang, I am getting old.
